Reservations for Ocean Oasis

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days prior to the reserved date there is a 100% refund with a $25.00 processing fee.
  • Cancellation 15 days prior to reserved date 50% refund with a $25.00 processing fee.

Rental and Reservation Policies

  • A 12% hotel tax and $125.00 cleaning fee is added to the weekly rate.
  • A 50% deposit is due when booking your vacation week, with the remaining due on arrival
